Terms of Service

StockWise is operated by Supreme Goods Pty Ltd (ABN 50 660 493 452), Sydney NSW, Australia. These terms apply to anyone who creates an account, lists inventory, or places an order on StockWise.

StockWise is a marketplace that connects sellers with surplus FMCG inventory to business buyers. StockWise is not the seller of any listed product and does not take ownership of inventory at any point. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including product condition, best-before dates, and storage requirements.

You must be a registered business to buy or sell on StockWise. Sellers complete identity and business verification, including providing an Australian Business Number (ABN), before they can publish a listing. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Buying on StockWise is free. Sellers pay a success fee only when a listing sells — see current pricing for exact rates and any optional paid plans. Fees are disclosed before you commit to a sale and are deducted from the payout, not charged separately.

Payments are processed through bank-grade third-party payment infrastructure. StockWise facilitates the transaction and communication between buyer and seller but is not a party to the underlying sale of goods. Your card issuer's standard protections, including chargeback rights, apply to every purchase. See Buyer Protection for more detail on how disputes are handled.

Don't list inventory you don't have the right to sell, misrepresent product condition or best-before dates, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We can suspend or remove listings or accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use StockWise after an update means you accept the revised terms.
