Seller Payment Onboarding

Sellers who receive payouts on StockWise complete identity (KYC) verification and payout setup first. Some listings are sourced and managed directly by StockWise. This means:

Sellers confirm their identity through our payment processor's KYC (Know Your Customer) checks
Payout accounts are verified before any funds can be received
Sellers who fail verification cannot receive payouts

Report a problem, get a full refund

If an order isn't what you expected, here is exactly what happens:

Report a problem from your order page within 2 business days of receiving your order — choose a reason and describe what happened
We review your report and usually respond within a few days
If the stock isn't as described, we issue a full refund to your original payment method
Your card issuer's chargeback rights always apply, regardless of the outcome above

Your Card Issuer Protections

All payments on StockWise are processed through bank-grade payment infrastructure. Your existing financial protections always apply:

Credit and debit card chargeback rights under your card issuer's policies
Dispute rights under the Australian ePayments Code for eligible transactions
PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — your card details are never stored on our servers

Transparency & Trust

We believe trust is built through transparency, not marketing claims. Here is what you can count on:

Date on pack (month) — visible to public visitors
Storage requirements, exact best-before date and condition — visible to registered buyers, before you buy
Clear pricing with no hidden platform fees for buyers
Order confirmation and tracking through your StockWise dashboard
