Full conversation history recorded and accessible from your order dashboard
If an issue arises, StockWise facilitates communication between both parties to reach a resolution

All payments on StockWise are processed through bank-grade payment infrastructure. Your existing financial protections always apply:

Credit and debit card chargeback rights under your card issuer's policies
Dispute rights under the Australian ePayments Code for eligible transactions
PCI-DSS compliant payment processing — your card details are never stored on our servers
